Weekly note:

​Hi parents, 

​

I've been out sick most of this week, so I don't have a new weekly note, other than to say check the lost and found because we're going to get rid of a lot of stuff before the end of next week! Beyond that, I am leaving what I had here last week about payment options and signing-out on MSB.

​

​This week I want to highlight a feature of MySchoolBucks that, despite us using this system for 6 months now, only about 20 of you have taken advantage of, and that's automatic payments. This can be set up using the "Payment Options" button when you open an invoice.

Another SchoolBucks thing I want to give a reminder about is signing out on the iPad. At the end of most afternoons, we look back at the log and find that 10+ kids are still listed as checked-in, which means the person signing them out didn't complete the process. After you put in your PIN, you aren't done with the process until you click the confirm button and see the Thank You screen, like so:

Upcoming dates of note:​

  • Feb 18 and 20 - Last basketball games in gym, note alternate sign-out location

  • March 3-7 - "March break" for Evergreen, all day care offered each day. All day signup available, link is in SchoolBucks.​​

  • March 26 & 27 - Evergreen Exhibition Nights, expect EverAfter to close at 5pm these days

  • April 11 - Evergreen conference day, all day care available

  • April 14-18 - Spring Break, EverAfter closed.

FAQ of the Week​

What if I need someone else to pick up my kids?

  • We maintain approved pickup lists from your enrollment form in SchoolBucks. Each contact has their own PIN number. If you need someone that is not on your list to pick up, either give them your placard, or call us and let us know who's coming, and let that person know to bring in their ID. For advanced plans, email James and Christine. For last minute plans, call 828-484-4989 and leave a message.

EverAfter Payments​

  • All EverAfter fees are payable and due weekly through MySchoolBucks.

  • Invoices can be set up for automatic payment using the "Payment Options" button.

  • EverAfter enrollment information, pickup PINs, and payment records are in the SchoolBucks tangent site called MSB Activities. 

  • Evergreen's Tax ID is 56-2094405
