Weekly note:
Hi parents,
As mentioned last week, we have three clubs to offer this Spring: Flag Football, Chess, and Climbing Wall. Flag Football is Mondays for 4th-6th graders, Chess is Wednesdays for 1st-8th, and Climbing is Fridays for K-8. For Climbing specifically, there will be two short, 3-week sessions. The signup for each club is in SchoolBucks, specifically in the EverAfter registration part (msbactivities.com). There are separate enrollments for each club. Each one contains more information on dates and costs. The goal is to start these clubs the week of March 17th, so please get those signups in ASAP!
Also, I wanted to repeat something from a few weeks ago, about tax time--you can access all of your records from SchoolBucks. The best way to get it is to use the EverAfter registration link (same link as above) and click on Reports. Keep in mind though that we have only been using MSB since August--if you need records from January-July, you will need to go to our previous payments site, MyPaymentsPlus, and log in there. Last we checked, those accounts were still active.
Thanks!
- James

FAQ of the Week
What do you do with unclaimed lost and found?
-
When we process lost and found items, we first look for labels--if we know who's stuff we've got, we'll make every effort to return it. Label, label, label!
-
When we have unlabeled items in fair or better condition, we look to donate to local agencies that can get the items into the hands of people that need it. Buncombe County Schools Family Resource Center is one such organization that we have donated to many times. ABCCM is another agency we have just partnered with as well.
