Spring Clubs - 2018 Thursdays
Thursday clubs this Spring will begin on March 15th, and run eight Thursdays to May 24th.
*Many Colors ends 5/24 as scheduled.
*Cool Runnings will skip May 3rd and 10th because the instructor and/or kids are away with Evergreen end of year trips (both of those days will still count as club days as far as billing goes). The last Thursday session will be 5/24, and then there is the 5k race at the Mountain Sports Festival.
**Edible Words started a week late and will end on May 31st.
***Kinetic Kids will skip May 3rd because the instructor is away, and final day will also be May 31st.
****Adventure Skills will run 9 sessions to the 31st, so that kids that miss a week for end of year trips still get to come 8 times.
Kinetic Kids
3:45-4:45, grade range: K-3
Jump rope, parachute games, big tag games, small tag games, kickball, running and racing and hopping and pacing! Let your child explore his or her energetic potential in Kinetic Kids!

Many Colors

Get ready to create! Embark on a 8 week journey in working with various mediums, many colors and oodles of fun, to create paintings, ceramics, dream-catchers, and more! The mission of this club is to provide students with a creative and nurturing environment to create crafts and lots of laughs!

Wild Creations CANCELLED DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT
3:45-4:45, grade range: 3-5
In Wild Creations Club, we will use natural treasures from our outdoor world to create different types of art. We will make collages, jewelry, dream catchers, picture frames, mandala designs and more! In this club, you can let your imagination and creativity run wild!

Cool Runnings
3:45-5:15, grade range: 4-8
Stamina, strength & technique. In Cool Runnings club, we will be training for a the Festival Frenzy 5k at the Mountain Sports Festival on May 26th. We will run on Evergreen's field, trails, and nearby Owen Park. We will also be talking about the benefits of running as well as our Personal Records!. Don't forget a water bottle.

Edible Words
3:45-5:15, grade range: 5-8
Play around with mouth-watering words and eat them, too. This club involves writing, in a fun way! Write a sentence or a story - it's up to you - while enjoying tasty snacks. We'll listen to samples of writing about food and share our own writing, too. Warning: This class may feature dicing, mixing, stirring, spreading and shaking up of both the literary and culinary type.

Adventure Team: Survival Skills
3:45-5:30, grade range: 3-8
*This Adventure Team club has a cost of $140 for ECCS students, $160 for others.
In this club, we will explore what adventure is, how to prepare, and why we adventure in the first place.
In this club, you will be learning how to set up top notch shelters, make fire without matches or lighters, cook outdoors, and understand the principles of Leave No Trace. If you have done this club before, don’t worry about being bored. We will teach you the next level of knot tying, bow drilling, and water purification techniques. This is a great opportunity to learn basic to advanced outdoor skills based on your level of adventuring.

Wolfpack Sports: Soccer FULL
3:30-5:30, grade range: 5-8
*Tuesday and Thursday commitment required. 2-day sports have a cost of $200.
NOTE: First practice day is March 6th, a week before other spring clubs
Wolfpack Sports are open only to Evergreen students, and dates and times may vary due to coordination with other schools. Specific schedule to be sent to those that that sign up.
Evergreen Wolfpack Soccer competes with the schools in The Hospitality League. There's room for any skill or experience level! Specific schedules and team information will be sent to those that sign up. Please use the Wolfpack Soccer page for more details.
