Yoga

Yoga is a wonderful way to open your child to the awareness of their place in the world. Each class will focus on a lesson or theme and will include creative yoga flow, breath work, games, stories, music, partner/group activities, visualization and relaxation. Through yoga, your child will develop strength, flexibility, self-confidence, balance, coordination, focus and discover the ability to feel calm.
Instructor: Ms. Brandon Hudson, RCYT, E-RYT, MAT, is a yoga teacher, children’s yoga teacher, a children’s yoga teacher trainer, and a trained yoga therapist that has over 15 years' experience working with both children and adults.
Tag, You're It!
4:00-5:00, grade range: K-2
Sharks and Minnows, Red Light/Green Light, Blob Tag! Perpetual Tag is my favorite! What's your's? Bring your favorite tag games to teach Mr. Eli.

Make Mine Music

Cost: $140
We will write our own songs and make an instrument to accompany it. At the end of the session we will conclude with a skiffle performance party and invite parents!

EverAfter Adventures: Ropes Course and Climbing Skills

So you like a good challenge? We do too.
Our Beanstalk Forest is designed to cultivate the curiosity of inner strength and goal-setting. By playing around in the trees, our young adventurers take healthy risks and transfer the lessons to their lives.
We will spend club sessions having fun in the Beanstalk Forest, while also learning technical climbing skills. You will learn how to rappel down, ascend up, and lower from the platforms. This club will take your rope game to the next level!
Note: some club sessions may go off campus or utilize other spaces, such as the climbing wall. Off campus days may affect ending time.

Volleyball Club
3:45-5:15, grade range: 4-8
Back by popular demand, we will offer volleyball again this spring. We will continue the skills that we have worked on in seasons past (and teach those to you if you are new!). We will not be playing games against other schools, but will scrimmage each other and play plenty of games to practice our skills. Since it's a league season for Wolfpack Sports, this is a club and is open to everyone 4th grade and up!

Wolfpack Sports: Soccer
3:45-5:30, grade range: 5-8
Tuesday and Thursday commitment required. 2-day sports have a cost of $205.
NOTE: Wolfpack Sports are open only to Evergreen students, and dates and times may vary due to coordination with other schools. Specific schedule to be sent to those that that sign up.
Evergreen Wolfpack Soccer competes in The Hospitality League. There's room for any skill or experience level, and goal #1 for every player is camaraderie and personal growth. We will likely just have one squad this year, so space is limited! We'll play a mixture of games against Hospitality League schools, other area alternative schools, and each other!
